As part of Southwark’s 2021 Summer of Play and their Culture and Events team’s Create & Play series, Play Build Play hosted a day of giant loose parts play outside in Southwark Park.
Supported by our team of play workers families of all ages spent a day or fun, creative building using all our favourite materials discovered over our years of playing and building. The day supported both regular park visitors and families discovering it for the first time to meet each other and enjoy the outdoor space. Being creative and making amazing things brings ourselves, our families and our communities closer.
